A1: 1. When there’s not enough power (5V/2A or above) coming in, the screen shows “power saving mode” and “no signal”.

2. When the monitor is not connected with an available device by using the supported port, the screen shows “no signal”.

Q2: How about using a Type-C port to connect mobile phones, but failed?

A2: 1. Not all device has a full-featured Type-C port. Please check the Type-C port if it supports audio and video signal.

2. Ensure your cell phone can provide this monitor with over 5V/2A power. Otherwise, an external power source (5V/2A or above) is needed.

Q3: What is the difference between the two full functional Type-C ports on this portable monitor?

A3: The upper Type-C port on our portable display supports Type-C connection/power supply, and the lower one supports HDMI connection/Type-C connection/power supply.

Q4: How to connect the monitor if my device doesn’t have a suitable port？

A4: Phones that do not have a full-featured Type-C port require an adapter to connect. For iPhone, it needs lightning to HDMI adapter.
