What should I know before buying this monitor?

1, The Phones without full-featured Type-C port need an adapter to connect.

2, The Laptops without full-featured Type-C port need connected via HDMI & USB C to USB A cable(Hub Adapter).

What kind of mobile phone can be connected to the portable screen?

Phones without a full-function Type-c port require an adapter to connect. Please note that if your device’s USB type C port is not USB 3.1 or Thunderbolt 3/4, then this USB C port will charge power ONLY without transmitting any signal.

How to connect devices?

1.Connect a full-featured phone: Use the full-featured Type C cable that came with the monitor

2.Connect Laptops without full-featured Type-C port: Use the Mini HDMI to HDMI cable and USB C to USB A cable that comes with the monitor.

Can it be used with Apple products?

Dopesplay portable monitor can be used with Apple products, but please note:

1. You need to equip yourself with a Lighting to mini HDMI adapter.

2. Only mobile mode, no desktop mode.

3. The portable monitor’s touch function is not available.

What is each cable used for?

1, USB C to USB A cable, only for power supply.

2, USB C to USB C cable, for power supply & video output.

3, MINI HDMI to HDMI cable, only for video output.

Note: For HDMI connection, pls use USB C to USB A cable to power up the monitor.
