3×3 FITMENT: These spotter arms were designed to fit the PRx Performance Profile PRO 3×3 squat rack. The safety arms also fit other squat racks with 3×3 uprights and 1″ holes. Easily adjust each arm to your prefered heights for bench, squat, overhead presses and other lifts.
UHMW: Top of the catches are lined with UHMW wear strips to protect your bar shaft wear and eliminate metal on metal contact. The arm that wraps around your 3×3 uprights is also lined with UHMW to protect your powdercoated uprights from scratches.
HEAVY DUTY: Made of thick steel, each arm weights 15.5lb and together can hold up to 1,000lb of weight. These spotter arms are ready to hold your heaviest lifts and keep you safe during all workouts alone.
DIMENSIONS: Spotter arms are made with 2×3 steel tubing that extend 20″ ouf from the front of your squat rack uprights. Welding end caps prevent the bar from rolling off of the end.
